Pandora adds Pan and Tilt features to the popular KX-131 (KT&C KPC-S226CB) CCD video camera (and perhaps others like it). It is a precision machined kit of fiberglass parts that can be built in a couple of hours or so. The kit is fun to build and the results look and work fantastic!

The pan and tilt features can be controlled by any two spare proportional channels on your R/C system. Total weight (with two servos and camera) is about 2.75 ounces.

The kit requires assembly. There are about a dozen machined fiberglass parts plus all the assembly hardware. The main chassis can be glued together with epoxy. Or for those with soldering talent, it can be soldered instead. Despite its low weight, it is very strong. Best of all, Pandora can be setup for top (cockpit view) or bottom (undercarriage) mounting.

The required CCD camera and two R/C hobby servos are NOT included. The voltage regulator is available at additional cost. Please see the instruction manual for full details.Recommended Servos: one Hitec HS-81 (pan) and one Hitec HS-65HB (tilt).
