Warranty & Return Policy
LIMITED WARRANTY
Product warranty is limited to original defects in material and workmanship only. Product(s) determined by Future Hobbies to have defects in material and workmanship within 30 days from the original shipping date are eligible for a full replacement with the same or comparable product(s). There are no other warranties, express or implied. This warranty does not cover collateral damage, nor does it cover misuse, abuse, incorrect charging or other inappropriate uses of our products. Any modifications or repair to the products sold by Future Hobbies, by anyone other than Future Hobbies or its authorized agents, will void this warranty.

BASIC RETURN POLICY
All products, excluding batteries, may be returned to Future Hobbies within 30 days from the original shipping date provided the product is in new and saleable condition. Future Hobbies reserves the right to reject the return of any product it deems to be damaged or unsaleable. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee and the customer will pay all associated shipping charges on the returned product. See the RMA Procedure below for instructions on how to return merchandise.

EXCEPTIONS TO THE BASIC RETURN POLICY
Battery returns: Future Hobbies does not accept returns on batteries or battery-related products except under the conditions of the Limited Warranty listed above. See the Warranty Return section for policies and procedures related to warranty returns.

Warranty returns: With the exception of Headplay(tm) Personal Cinema Systems and their related accessories, products returned under the Limited Warranty may be returned to Future Hobbies free of charge and Future Hobbies will credit the customer for any shipping charges associated with the warranty return. Customers in the continental United States may return Headplay(tm) Personal Cinema Systems free of charge and Future Hobbies will credit the customer any shipping charges associated with the warranty return. Customers outside the continental United States may return Headplay(tm) Personal Cinema Systems under the Limited Warranty or Basic Return Policy however those customers will pay all shipping charges related to the return and replacement of the system and/or its accessories.

RMA PROCEDURE
All returns, warranty or otherwise, require a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) before they can be retuned to Future Hobbies. To obtain an RMA fill out the RMA Request Form, email it to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it and save the form for later use. If your return meets the return criteria listed in the above sections, you will be provided an RMA number via a return email. Complete the RMA Request Form by pasting in the RMA number provided by the Future Hobbies Customer Service Department and package the merchandise to be returned for shipment, making sure to include the completed RMA Request Form in the box. Label the outside of your return package with the RMA number and ship it to the address provided by the Future Hobbies customer service representative. Packages received without an approved RMA Request Form in the box will not be accepted and will be returned to sender at the sender's expense.
